Ordering . . .

Send an email to sales@rhinestonerainbow.com detailing the item(s) you wish to purchase: item name, inventory number, and price. 

You may also telephone in your order to me at: 410-382-1763. Please leave a voicemail message if I do not answer, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

If ordering by e-mail, you will receive a reply from me summarizing your order. This email will include the total to be paid, including shipping charges, and will include a mailing address for the payment (if paying by other than PayPal). All items are subject to prior sale, so you will be notified if the item you have ordered is not available. If you agree to the purchase, please confirm via a reply email. Ordered items are held for seven business days (longer for overseas transactions not involving a credit card), pending receipt of payment. If payment is not received by then, I will send you an order cancellation notice. Please let me know if your payment will be delayed because of special circumstances.

I accept the following payment methods:

Orders from customers outside the United States should be paid via International PayPal or international postal money order. I do not accept checks from a non-U.S. bank account, because my bank charges a prohibitively large fee to deposit them.

Shipping . . .

I normally ship via Priority Mail, which is a $3.85 charge, and I pay for insurance for orders totaling over $100. For international orders, I charge the actual shipping costs. Items will be shipped out in about 7 to 10 days; please let me know if you need your order more quickly.  I ship mainly on Saturdays, because the nature of my work, and my office location, makes it difficult for me to get to the post office during the week.

Note: shipping is FREE on orders totaling over $100.

Refunds are given for any reason on items returned within seven business days of receipt -- provided that I am notified promptly, and the item is returned in the same condition as shipped. The customer pays for return shipping and must insure the item for the purchase price. Please email your desire to return an item, before shipping it; refunds will not be made on items returned without prior notification.

No-Nonsense Privacy Policy

I keep all customer and payment information confidential. I do not sell, exchange, or give away names, addresses, email addresses, or other personal information. The only exception: I have a circle of friends who are vintage jewelry collector-dealers, like myself. I may forward your name and email to one or more of them ONLY if you are looking for something that I don't have, but that they might.
